On September 9, 2024, another venue of the Center for Open Education was opened at IUA University in Abidjan, Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, under a partnership agreement.

The University Rector, Professor Paul Ano, and the President, Professor Aka Kouamé, warmly welcomed our colleague, Yulia Butko, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of Romance Languages at Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University (YSPU), within the walls of their university. The colleagues discussed the work plans for the month and also held a meeting for students and their parents to discuss the details of studying the Russian language in Côte d’Ivoire and Russia, as well as the opportunities for receiving scholarships to study in Yaroslavl. Classes start tomorrow. We wish good luck to our new students!
