The program became a true immersion into the architectural, spiritual, and cultural heritage of Russia. Upon completion of the program, YSPU instructor Valeria Kravets held a strategic session titled «Let’s Preserve the Cities of the Golden Ring.» Students were presented with a range of pressing issues facing ancient cities (from preserving authenticity to managing tourist pressure). The participants divided into teams, discussed the challenges, and proposed their own project-based solutions.

We heard ideas on reviving historic estates, rejuvenating urban spaces, and carefully integrating modern infrastructure without compromising the historical character.
