The youngest students of the additional educational programs at the Center for Open Education of YSPU continue to explore the richness of our country—both natural and cultural. Over the past few weeks, they have embarked on a true tour—from mountain peaks to icy seas!

As part of the program «The Natural Wealth of Russia,» the children are getting acquainted with majestic mountains, seas and oceans, rivers and lakes, the flora and fauna of our country, and how these are reflected in Russian culture.  

In their classes on the discipline «Linguistic and Cultural Studies of the Russian North,» they study the harsh climate of northern Russia, the inhabitants of land and sea, and learn about the life of the indigenous peoples of this region
