The project of Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky “Center for Open Education “Russian Dream” is implemented with the support of a grant from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation (agreement № 073-15-2023-1629) and assume teaching Russian in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire and in the Republic of Ghana. The Center for Open Education solves scientific, educational, organizational, methodological, educational and informational tasks.
The goal of the project is to expand the presence of the Russian language and education in Russian, as well as the popularization of Russian science and culture in the states of Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana. The work is aimed at improving the quality of the language competencies of students, introducing new approaches to teaching the Russian language for the citizens of the states of Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana, training volunteers (tutors) for teaching the Russian language, increasing the number of foreign citizens who study in Russian universities and speak Russian.
