After registration (creating a personal account), you must complete the following steps:

1. Legalize copies of diplomas confirming your education level at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

2. Legalize copies of the first two pages of your valid passport at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

3. Obtain an HIV/AIDS certificate. The certificate must be obtained from a specialized medical institution (valid for 1 month from the date of issue);

4. Obtain a medical certificate from a local or Russian doctor about your health condition and absence of contraindications for living and studying in Russia’s climate (valid for 1 month from the date of issue);

5. Obtain a tuberculosis-free certificate (valid for 1 month from the date of issue);

6. Obtain a hepatitis-free certificate (all types) (valid for 1 month from the date of issue);

7. Prepare notarized translations of the documents specified in items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

8. Submit copies of the documents specified in items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, along with originals and translations, to the consular department of the embassy for legalization.

9. Upload the completed application through your personal account on the «Education in Russia» portal, including the following documents:

✓ Scholarship application form
✓ Consent to personal data processing
✓ Certified copies of the documents specified in items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and their translations certified by the Embassy’s consular service
